Ingredients: turkey meat, iodized table salt (table salt, potassium iodate), dextrose, spices, spice extracts, antioxidant: E301, preservative: E250, ripening cultures, 5% spice coating: coloring E160c, beef gelatin, rapeseed oil, spices, cooking salt, preservative: E202. Surface treated with preservative: potassium sorbate. Can contain traces of mustard and celery.
