Apple- Raspberry-Kadayif Crumble

100g | raspberry |
20g | brown sugar |
75g | butter |
130g | flour |
30g | sugar |
50g | brown sugar |
2 tbspn. | cinnamon |
1 | vanilla |
30g | dough threads |
Preparation

Peel the apples and then cut them into small pieces.

Mix the apples, raspberries and sugar. Loosen the dough strands and cut into small pieces. To make the crumble, put the vegetable butter, flour, sugar, brown sugar, dough strings, vanilla sugar and cinnamon in a bowl and rub together with your hands until crumble forms. Pour the apple and raspberry mixture into a baking dish.

Then cover the apples and raspberries completely with crumble.

Place in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) and bake for approx. 18-20 minutes. Then sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve warm.
