50 minutes
Ingredients
3 | puff pastry |
2 | apple |
100g | coconut cream |
4 tbspn. | brown sugar |
1 | teaspoon cinnamon |
sth. | sunflower oil |
sth. | flour ant water mixed |
Preparation
Peel the apples and cut into small cubes. Place the brown sugar in a non-stick pan and spread evenly. Set the heat to high and allow the sugar to melt. (Caution! Do not stir the sugar). When the sugar has completely melted, add the coconut cream and swirl the pan well.
Now you can also use a wooden spoon. Add the apples and cook in the caramel for about 5 minutes. Add the cinnamon at the end and stir well. Now leave the mixture to cool completely. You can also put the apple mixture in a round mold and freeze it so that you can cut perfect triangles later, but this is optional
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (fan oven).
Remove the puff pastry from the packaging and carefully place it on your worktop. Cut lengthwise into 3 slices.
Now add the apple mixture on top and “stick” the yufka with the flour/water mixture. Shape into triangles and place on a baking tray. Brush both sides with sunflower oil and bake for approx. 20 minutes or until golden brown.
