Baked Apple Rings

1 | egg |
50 g | flour |
75 ml | Milk 3,5% |
1/2 tsp | vanniliaextract |
1/2 tsp | baking powder |
1 pinch | salt |
sth | oil |
1 bowl | sugar & cinnamon |
1 scoop | vannilia icecream |
Preparation

First, mix the egg, flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and Yayla milk to form a smooth batter.

Peel the apples, remove the core, and slice them into rings that are 0.5 to 1 cm thick.

Heat some oil in a pan. Dip the apple rings in the batter and fry them in the hot oil until golden brown. Let them drain on paper towels.

Mix sugar and cinnamon, and coat the fried apple rings in the mixture before serving.

Top your delicious fried apple rings with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
