Ingredients
3 | Bananas |
3-6 | Filo pastry sheets |
150g | Butter |
sth. | Chocolate cream |
sth. | Chopped pistachios |
Preparation

Melt the butter in a pan and spread 3 filo pastry sheets generously on one side with the melted butter.

Place a peeled banana in the bottom center of a filo sheet and carefully wrap the banana.

Heat the remaining butter in a pan, add the wrapped bananas and fry them on both sides until golden brown.

Serve the bananas on a plate, add a generous amount of chocolate cream and garnish with chopped pistachios.
