Cacik With White Cheese

A creative twist on cacik and haydari!
Ingredients
500g | Cream yogurt |
150 g | White cheese 60% |
1 | Cucumber |
1/2 bunch | dill |
1 tbsp | Tahini |
1 tbsp | dried mint |
1 | garlic clove |
sth. | salt |
sth. | olive oil |
Preparation

Put the yoghurt in a bowl and add the finely chopped dill, salt, tahini and crushed garlic clove. Mix everything well.

Mash the white cheese well with a fork and add to the yogurt mixture. Mix everything thoroughly until a creamy consistency is achieved.

Grate the cucumber and squeeze out the water using a sieve. Add the grated cucumber to the yoghurt mixture and stir in carefully.

Place the mixture on a plate and garnish with thin slices of cucumber, some cheese and fresh dill.

Serve the Kuru Cacik cold and enjoy the refreshing taste!
