Caramel Apple Dessert

Sweet apple compote, Yogurt and caramel sauce.
Ingredients
1 | Apple |
2 tbspn. | sugar |
1 | pinch of Speculoos spice |
6 | a shot of aplle juice |
150g | soft caramel candies |
2 tbspn. | a shot of milk 3,5% |
Preparation

Wash the apple, peel it and cut it into small cubes.

Then put the sugar in a pan and caramelize it, then add the apple juice and dissolve completely while stirring.

Now add the apple pieces and sauté briefly together with the speculoos spice. Then cool the mixture slightly.

Now heat the caramel candies with the milk and let them melt while stirring.

Then the layering begins: First put the apple pieces in the glasses. Then spread the cream yoghurt on top. Finally add the caramel sauce and decorate with a few chopped walnuts.
