Caramelized Bananas

Have you ever experienced the heavenly taste of caramelized bananas with Kaymak and hazelnuts?

Ingredients

2bananas
3 tbsp kaymak
70 g sugar
20 g butter
60 g cream
1 handful hazelnuts
sth. dark chocolate

For a delicious caramel sauce, place the sugar in a non-stick pan, spread it evenly, and let it melt over medium heat until the sugar fully dissolves and begins to caramelize. It's important not to use any utensils, such as spoons or spatulas, as the melted sugar can stick to them. Instead, always swirl the pan.

In the next step, slowly add the cream and swirl it in the pan. Now add the butter and stir everything thoroughly with a spoon, letting it simmer for 1 minute.

Slice the bananas and add them to the pan, let them cook in the caramel for 1-2 minutes. Let it cool a little bit and put it on a plate.

Shape the kaymak to 2 teaspoons and place it over the bananas. Sprinkle the chopped hazelnuts and grate some dark chocolate over the dessert. Your delicious banana dessert is ready!
