Cauliflower Steak

Cauliflower steak with yogurt dip and sucuk sausages.
Ingredients
1 | large cauliflower |
1 tbsp | pepper paste, mild |
1 tbsp | pepper paste, spicy |
200 ml | olive oil |
1 pack | sucuk sausages |
500g | yugurt |
2-4 | garlic cloves |
sth. | salt |
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 220° C bottom heat.

Clean the cauliflower and carefully cut into slices approx. 5 cm thick. Place the slices on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Mix the paprika paste with the oil and generously coat both sides of the cauliflower slices with it.

Place the cauliflower in the oven for approx. 30 minutes. Turn the slices after about 15 minutes until the surface is golden brown.

Prepare the yogurt dip by mixing all the ingredients together and crushing or finely chopping the garlic cloves.

Remove the cauliflower steak from the oven, serve with the yogurt dip and grill the sucuk sausages!
