Cheese and Garlic Bread

Ingredients
280ml | water |
1 | teaspoon sugar |
20g | fresh yeast |
500g | flour |
10g | oil |
2 | teaspoon salt |
40g | herb butter |
3 | garlic cloves |
150-200g | Kashkaval |
Preparation

Put the yeast, water and sugar in a bowl and mix with a whisk until the yeast has dissolved.

Then add the remaining ingredients and knead into a smooth dough. Cover the dough and leave to rise for 1 hour.

In the meantime, grate the kashkaval and set aside. Grate the garlic cloves and mix with the herb butter. Melt the garlic and herb butter over a bain-marie.

Preheat the oven to 230 degrees top and bottom heat.

After 1 hour, roll out the dough on a floured work surface. Brush the dough with the melted herb butter and garlic mixture. Place the dough in the oven.

After approx. 10 minutes, spread the cheese over the bread and return to the oven for another 10 minutes.
