Creamy, fruity cheesecake in a jar.
Ingredients
30g | butter |
80g | butter cookies |
1 | vanilla |
200g | cream cheese |
250g | mascarpone |
3 | teaspoon lemon juice |
50g | powdered sugar |
100ml | cream |
250g | cherry jelly |
5 | teaspoon cream stabilizer |
Preparation

Melt the butter in a pan and set aside.

Crush the shortbread cookies and mix with the butter, then divide the cookie and butter mixture between 6 glasses.

Mix the cream cheese, mascarpone, lemon juice, vanilla sugar, cream stiffener, cream and powdered sugar until smooth.

Spread the cream over the cookie bases.

Finish with cherry jelly and chill until ready to serve.
