Chocolate Chip Cookie

These homemade chocolate chip cookies are an absolute delight! The perfect combination of a crispy edge and a soft center makes these cookies a heavenly taste experience.

Ingredients

80 gsugar
100 g brown sugar
125 g soft butter
1 pinch salt
1 egg (Size L)
1 pack vanilla sugar
220 g flour
25 g starch
1/2 tsp baking soda
180 g chocolate chips

Preparation

Beat the butter, sugar, a pinch of salt, and vanilla extract/vanilla sugar in a bowl until it is fluffy. Add the egg and mix well.

Add flour, baking soda/baking powder, and cornstarch. Mix briefly, then knead with your hands until a smooth dough is formed. Finally, add some of the chocolate chips and gently fold them in with a spatula.

Scoop small balls of dough with an ice cream scooper and place them on a baking sheet. Distribute the remaining chocolate chips over the dough balls."

The cookies now go into the preheated oven at 175°C (350°F) with top and bottom heat for 12-13 minutes.
