Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients

1 l3.5% Milk
50 g butter
5 tbsp cocoa powder
3 tbsp starch
1 egg yolk
6 tbsp sugar
180 g dark chocolate

Preparation

Mix the milk with the egg yolk and sugar in a pan. Sieve the cocoa powder and starch and add to the mixture.

Bring the mixture to the boil over a medium to high heat, stirring constantly.

Add the dark chocolate and butter to the pan and bring to the boil again briefly until the chocolate has melted. Now add 2-3 tablespoons of cold water and stir everything with a whisk or hand mixer until smooth.

Pour the pudding mixture into small bowls and leave to cool to room temperature. Finally, leave the pudding to cool completely in the fridge.

Decorate with toasted almond slivers before serving and enjoy!
