1 pack | turkey salami |
1 tbspn. | pomegranate syrup |
sth. | cream cheese |
sth. | cherry tomatoes |
sth. | yellow paprika |
sth. | radish |
sth. | oickles |
1 tsp. | mustard |
sth. | lemon juice |
3-4 tbspn. | olive oil |
sth. | salt, pepper |
Preparation

Place the mixed salad in a bowl, add the tomatoes, diced peppers, radishes and gherkins. Shape the Yayla turkey salami into small florets and place on top of the salad.

For the dressing, dissolve the mustard in the lemon juice. Add the olive oil, stirring constantly, add the Yayla pomegranate syrup and a little salt and mix well. Pour over the salad, garnish with Yayla Tulum Peyniri and enjoy.
