Cottage Cheese and Basil Spread

Ingredients
300g | whey cheese |
50g | basil |
4 tbspn. | olive oil |
3 tbspn. | sunflower seeds |
3 | garlic cloves |
sth. | coarse sea salt |
1 tbspn. | butter |
1 tbspn. | olive oil |
sth. | chilli flakes |
Preparation

Roast the sunflower seeds in a pan.

Place the whey cheese, basil, olive oil, garlic clove and roasted sunflower seeds in a blender and blend until the mixture is creamy. Then arrange on a plate and sprinkle with coarse sea salt.

Fry the butter, oil and chilli flakes briefly in a pan and drizzle over the cheese spread.

Serve with warm bread and enjoy.
