Cut the chicken breast into pieces. Mix the ingredients for the marinade in a bowl, then immerse the meat in it and let it marinate in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.

For the crispy coating, crush the cornflakes, add the spices, and mix well. Place the chicken breast in the coating and turn it until it is evenly covered.

After that, cook it in the air fryer at 200°C for about 12 minutes. Alternatively, you can also use the oven.

For the salad, wash and cut all the ingredients.

Finally, arrange everything in a deep plate. First, add the salad, then the crispy chicken breast pieces on top, and sprinkle the Tulum cheese over it. Enhance the salad with a dressing of your choice and enjoy.
