250g | yogurt |
250g | kaymak cream cheese |
150g | powdered sugar |
sth. | Berries or other toppings |
Preparation

Take a large bowl and add the yogurt, Kaymak cream cheese and powdered sugar and mix everything thoroughly to form a smooth yogurt cream

Use an ice cream maker and gradually add the yoghurt cream to the ice cream maker (follow the manufacturer's instructions)

Depending on the manufacturer, leave the cream in the ice cream maker for 20-30 minutes to produce ice cream

Portion the ice cream into a glass and decorate with toppings such as berries
