Grilled Zucchini

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) with convection. Cut the zucchini into thin, long slices and place them on a baking sheet. In a bowl, mix the olive oil and the spices and brush both sides of the zucchini with the mixture. Add the cherry tomatoes to the baking sheet and sprinkle them with a bit of olive oil and salt. Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes.

Arrange the zucchini on an elongated plate. Add the tomatoes. Place a bit of arugula in the gaps.

Remove the Karecik cheese from the oil and sprinkle it over the vegetables. You can also drizzle some oil from the 'sarimsakli karecik' over the plate. Finally, season with freshly ground pepper, add almonds, and serve it cold.
