Guacamole Cups

Filled with fresh guacamole and crispy vegan sucuk cubes – a delicious taste experience.
Ingredients
1 pack | tortilla Wraps |
1 | avocado |
5-6 | cherry tomatos |
½ | reed onions |
1 tbsp | chopped or dried parsley |
1 tsp | salt |
sth. | oil |
1 | vegan sucuk |
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 210 degrees.

Cut out about 12 mini tortillas and press them individually into the wells of a muffin tin. Place them in the oven for about 10 minutes.

Cut the avocado, onions, and tomatoes into small pieces and place them in a medium-sized bowl. Add salt, parsley, and lemon juice, then mix all the ingredients – your guacamole is ready!

Take the tortilla cups out of the oven and let them cool briefly.

Cut the vegan Sucuk into small cubes and fry them in a pan with a little oil.

Now add some guacamole to the tortilla cups and 2-3 vegan Sucuk cubes. The cups are ready!
