The mezze classic on a yogurt base with fresh herbs.
Ingredients
250g | yogurt |
1 tbspn. | dried mint |
1 | garlic clove |
10g | butter |
1/2 | teaspoon salt |
1/2 | bunch dill |
sth. | olive oil |
Preparation

Melt the butter in a pan, then add the dried mint, stir and fry briefly until all the aromas of the mint have been released. Then put to on side.

Finely chop the dill. Put a small sprig to one side for decoration.

Mix in a large bow the yogurt, salt and dill. Finally, add the mint butter and mix well.

Now arrange the yogurt dip on a plate, drizzle with olive oil and serve.
