Spicy pepper-yogurt soup with Akkawi cheese.
Ingredients
1 tbsp | hot paprika pulp |
3 tbsp | yogurt |
1/4 packs | Akkawi Käse |
1 tbsp | tomato paste |
2 tbsp | flour |
800 ml | boiling water |
sth. | salt, pepper |
3 tbsp | olive oil |
sth. | basil |
Preparation

Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the flour. Allow it to sweat lightly. Now add the paprika pulp and tomato purée and fry briefly. Deglaze with boiling water and add salt. Stir the soup constantly and bring to the boil.

Serve the soup hot and garnish with grated Akkawi cheese, black pepper, a little olive oil and basil.
