Leek-Sucuk Quesadilla

This quesadilla with spicy grated cheese, Sucuk, and Labne will enchant your taste buds.
Ingredients
1/4 | leek |
1/4 | sucuk |
sth | olive oil |
1/2 Pack | Gouda cheese |
1 tsp | butter |
2 tbspn. | labne cream cheese |
2 | tortilla wraps |
sth. | salt, pepper, paprika |
Preparation

Cut the leek into thin slices and fry in a pan over a high heat with a little olive oil and salt. Cut the sucuk into small cubes and add them to the sautéed leek. Fry the mixture for about 3-4 minutes.

Now add the labne with a tablespoon of water and season the mixture with spices. Set the mixture aside.

Spread the Gouda on a wrap and top with the leek and succulent mixture. Sprinkle a little more gouda on top and cover everything with the second wrap.

Melt some butter in a pan and add the quesadilla. Fry it over a medium heat on both sides until it is golden brown and the cheese has melted.

Serve the quesadilla with black and green olives, cornichon cucumber and tomatoes. Enjoy your meal!
