Ingredients
4 | big potatoes |
5 tbspn. | milk |
20g | butter |
1 | teaspoon salt |
1 knife point | muscat |
Preparation

Peel and dice the potatoes and cook for approx. 20 minutes. Then remove the pan from the heat and drain the water.

Add salt, nutmeg, butter and milk and mash the potatoes until the desired consistency is achieved.
