Muhammara

A delicious paste made from roasted red peppers, walnuts, and spices.

Ingredients

50 gtoast
4 roasted pointed peppers
3 garlic cloves
80 g walnuts
90 ml oil
1 tbsp pomegranate syrup
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tbsp sweet chili flakes
1/2 tbsp sweet paprika seasoning
1 tsp salt
1 pepper paste

Preparation

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Place the muhammara in a bowl. Form a small hollow with a spoon and garnish with chopped walnuts and parsley.

Serve with bread and enjoy.
