A delicious paste made from roasted red peppers, walnuts, and spices.
Ingredients
50 g | toast |
4 | roasted pointed peppers |
3 | garlic cloves |
80 g | walnuts |
90 ml | oil |
1 tbsp | pomegranate syrup |
1/2 tsp | cumin |
1/2 tbsp | sweet chili flakes |
1/2 tbsp | sweet paprika seasoning |
1 tsp | salt |
1 | pepper paste |
Preparation

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Place the muhammara in a bowl. Form a small hollow with a spoon and garnish with chopped walnuts and parsley.

Serve with bread and enjoy.
