Oreo Truffles

Ingredients
30 | sandwich cookies |
110 g | cream cheese |
250 g | dark chocolate couverture |
50 g | white chocolate couverture |
Preparation

Crush the sandwich cookies in a food processor and set aside 2 tablespoons of the crushed cookies. Mix the rest with the cream cheese. Cover the mixture and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

After the chilling time, shape the mixture into balls.

Melt the dark chocolate couverture and the white chocolate couverture in a water bath.

Now dip the balls into the dark chocolate and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Decorate the truffle balls with the white chocolate. Sprinkle a little of the crushed cookies on each ball and enjoy.
