Oven Roasted Vegetables

Oven roasted vegetables with chickpeas and msnara cheese.
Ingredients
200 g | mushrooms |
2 | carrots |
100 g | snack-paprika |
400 g | baby potatos |
5 tbsp | oil |
100 g | chickpeas (soaked overnight and cooked) |
1 tsp | sweet paprika seasoning |
1 1/2 tsp | salt |
1tsp | thyme |
1 tsp | garlic powder |
1 cube |
Preparation
Pour hot water over the chickpeas the night before and let them soak overnight. The next day, cook the chickpeas until tender.
The entire vegetable should be washed and placed in a large baking dish.
For the delicious sauce, mix 5 tablespoons of oil with the spices (salt, paprika powder, garlic powder, and thyme). Spread the sauce evenly over the vegetables and mix everything well.
Place a lightly dampened baking paper over the vegetables to keep them fresh.
The vegetables are now placed in the preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius (top and bottom heat) for 30-40 minutes.
After baking, serve the vegetables hot and generously sprinkle grated Msnara cheese on top. The salty note of the cheese makes this dish irresistible!
