Pear and Goat Cheese

Sweet pears filled with spicy goat cheese, roasted almonds and creamy kaymak.
Ingredients
2 | sweet Pears |
50g | almonds |
60g | goat cheese |
1-2 | pinch of fresh thyme |
4 | teaspoon of Kaymak |

Preparation

Heat the oven to 180°C fan.

Halve the pears and remove the flesh in the middle with a spoon.

Chop the almonds and add them to the pears. Crumble the goat cheese and pour over the almonds. Sprinkle fresh thyme over it and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.

Then put a dollop of kaymak on each pear and decorate with fresh currants.
