5-6 tbspn. | yogurt |
8 slices | Kashkaval |
4 | pita bread |
sth. | dill |
1 | tomato |
5-6 | pickles |
1 | avocado |
sth. | salt |
sth. | olive oil |
sth. | lemon juice |
Preparation

Put the yogurt in a bowl, add a little salt, lemon juice and dill and mix together.

Slice the tomatoes, gherkins and avocado.

Cut the vegan sucuk into slices and fry in a pan or grill with a little olive oil.

Moisten the pita bread a little and grill on both sides. Place the kashkaval in the middle and allow it to melt slightly with the heat.
