Ingredients
250g | pasta |
1 | onion |
1 | garlic clove |
1 | small can of corn |
1/3 pack | sucuk |
250g | gouda cheese |
600g | tomatoes, mashed |
sth. | salt, peper, basil, oregano |
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

Cook the pasta for 3 minutes less than indicated on the packaging.

Fry the onion in a pan, add the garlic, add the vegetables of your choice here, add the tomato purée and spices and leave to cook. Mix the cooked pasta with the sauce.

Place in a baking dish, sprinkle with Yayla Kaşar and finally top with Yayla Sucuk. Bake in the oven until the cheese is well melted and the sucuk is baked (approx. 15-20 minutes).
