Popcorn with three flavors for snack gourmets.
Ingredients
200g | popcorn |
100g | dark couverture |
1 tbspn. | salt |
1 tbspn. | cumin |
1 tbspn. | paprika pulver |
1 tbspn. | oil |
3-4 tbspn. | sugar |
2 tbspn. | oil |
Preparation

Use a popcorn machine to prepare the popcorn without fat. Alternatively, you can use a pot, but be careful not to burn the puffed popcorn.

Divide the popcorn evenly between three bowls.

Option 1: Melt the chocolate coating in a bain-marie until it is liquid. Then drizzle the chocolate over the popcorn and mix quickly before it cools.

Variant 2: Mix the salt, cumin, paprika powder and oil and pour onto the popcorn. Mix thoroughly.

Option 3: Heat the oil in a pan and add the sugar. Allow the sugar to caramelize slightly and then pour over the popcorn. Mix quickly before the hot caramel cools.
