Poultry Sausage Currywurst

Ingredients
1 | pack of chicken sausage |
200g | tomato ketchup |
1 | teaspoon of sugar |
2 tbspn. | curry |
17" | teaspoon of sweet paprika |
50ml | water |
Preparation

Mix ketchup, sugar, curry, sweet paprika powder and water in a pot and bring to the boil. Then simmer for 5-8 minutes until the sauce has thickened nicely. Remove from heat and set aside.

Cut into the poultry sausage and fry it in a pan until golden brown.

Serve the fried sausage on a plate with crispy fries.

Pour the prepared currywurst sauce generously over the bratwurst and finally sprinkle some additional curry powder over it. Serve warm and enjoy.
