Ingredients
50 g | Kashkaval grated |
6 | puff pastry slices |
100 g | pesto |
1 | egg yolk |
sth | Sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, poppy seeds |
Preparation

Spread 3 slices of puff pastry generously with pesto.

Sprinkle a little grated Kashkaval cheese on top and cut each piece of pastry into 4 strips.

Twist each strip slightly in a spiral and place on the baking tray.

Brush the pesto sticks with a little egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds, sunflower seeds and poppy seeds. Bake the crispy sticks in a preheated oven at 200°C top and bottom heat for approx. 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
