Stuffed Mushrooms

The combination of sweet bell peppers, cream cheese, and tangy soft cheese makes your taste buds explode.
Ingredients
10-11 | mushrooms |
1 tbsp | cream cheese |
1 tsp | tomato paste |
½ | pointed pepper |
1 | garlic clove |
¼ tsp | salt |
½ tsp | seet paprika seasoning |
¼ tsp | thyme |
One | chopped parsley |
2-3 tbsp | soft cheese |
1 tbsp | oil |
Preparation

Clean the mushrooms and break off the stems. Chop the garlic and the sweet peppers.

Heat oil in a pan and roast the pepper pieces and garlic in it. Then add the cream cheese and stir. Finally, add the tomato paste, spices, and chopped parsley, and mix well.

Use a small spoon, fill the mushrooms with the cream cheese mixture.

Crumble the soft cheese and place a small amount on each mushroom.

Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake them in the oven at approx. 180°C (350°F) with top/bottom heat for about 20 minutes."

Serve them fresh from the oven and enjoy.
