Sucuk Burger

A great burger taste with spicy sausage, fresh vegetables and a creamy yoghurt sauce.
Ingredients
2 | Burger Buns |
2 patties | sucuk Burger |
100g | kashkaval |
1 | red onion |
1 | tomato |
1/2 | avocado |
sth. | oregano |
sth. | pickles |
2 | lettuce leaves |
3 tbspn. | Mayonnaise |
1 tbspn. | Sriracha Sauce |
1/2 tbspn. | honey |
Preparation

Put all the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl and mix.

Grate the kashkaval. Cut the onion into rings and the tomatoes into slices.

Put the Sucuk Burger patties and the fresh oregano sprigs in a pan and fry them with a bit of oil. Place a small pile of grated kashkaval on the patties and let it melt.

Finally, heat the burger buns and toast the cut sides.

Now it's time to put the toppings: spread the burger buns with sauce. Layer one pattie per burger, fried tomatoes and onions, some avocado, a few gherkins and a lettuce leaf on top of each other and close the burger.
