Tarhana soup with chickpeas.
Ingredients
220g | Chickpeas |
Preparation

Cook the overnight soaked chickpeas in a pan of water for 10-20 minutes until they are soft.

Bring the water to the boil in a medium saucepan.

Dissolve the tarhana in a glass of water and add to the boiling liquid.

Add the soaked chickpeas, mint and salt to the pan, followed by the soup noodles.

Simmer everything over a medium heat for 15 minutes until the pasta is cooked.

Serve the soup and garnish with a tablespoon of creamy yogurt.
