sth. | Oil for frying |
5-7 | Pepperoni Paprika |
1 | small onion |
10-12 | Cherry tomatoes |
4-5 | Eggs |
Pinch | of salt |

Preparation
Cut the vegan sucuk into slices and fry them in a pan with a little oil until golden brown. As soon as the pieces are cooked through, set them aside and use the pan for the shakshuka.
Finely slice the chilli peppers, dice the onion and quarter the cherry tomatoes. Place everything in the lightly oiled pan and fry the vegetables until they are nice and soft. Season the vegetables with a pinch of salt.
Add the eggs and season lightly with salt. Set the temperature to medium heat and cover the pan with a lid. Let the shakshuka simmer gently for 5-10 minutes until the egg whites are firm. Spread the fried sucuk pieces on top and serve the dish directly in the pan.
Enjoy the dish with hearty side dishes such as black and green olives for the perfect flavour kick and fresh flatbread for dipping!
