Vegan Sucuk Baguette

Delicious vegan sucuk baguette with avocado cream!
Ingredients
1 | vegan sucuk |
½ | baguette |
½ | avocado |
½ | lime |
1 pinch | salt |
2 | romaine lettuce leaves. |
3-4 | cherry tomatos |
sth. | sprouts |
Preparation

Slice the vegan sucuk and roast it in a hot pan for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.

For the avocado cream, use halve of the avocado, remove the pit, and in a bowl. Add the lime juice and add pinch of salt. Mix everything well and mash until creamy.

Cut the baguette into suitable pieces and generously spread the avocado cream on top. Place the roasted vegan sucuk slices on the baguette pieces. Wash the romaine lettuce leaves and pat them dry. Place a few leaves on top of the sucuk.

Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half. Place the tomato halves on top of the salad.
