400g | Premium yogurt |

Add in a large bowl, yogurt, fresh Kaymak and sifted powdered sugar. Mix well.

Wash all lemons thoroughly and carefully cut off the stump so that they can stand upright. Then cut off the “lid” of the lemons and squeeze the juice of 2 lemons into the yogurt mixture. Set aside the juice of the other 2 lemons and use it in other recipes.

Place the hollowed out lemons and the ice cream mixture in the freezer for about an hour. After an hour, remove the frozen lemons and ice cream from the freezer and serve the ice cream in the hollowed-out lemons. Voila! Your refreshing lemon basil ice cream is ready.
