Yogurt Bomb

A fruity yogurt dessert.
Ingredients
500g | cream yogurt |
115g | sugar |
2 pack of | cream stabilizer |
400ml | cream |
1 tsp. | vanilla |
700g | fruits |
300g | berries |
80g | powdered sugar |
Preparation

Mix the yoghurt, sugar and vanilla extract a day in advance and leave to stand. The following day, whip the cream and cream stiffener. Then fold the stiff whipped cream into the yoghurt. Line a sieve with a sheet of kitchen roll and place in a bowl so that the liquid can drain off. Pour in the yogurt and cream mixture and leave to drain in the fridge for several hours. Then remove the sieve and turn the yogurt out onto a flat serving dish. Carefully remove the kitchen roll.

Cut the fruit into bite-sized pieces and arrange around the yogurt.

For the sauce, puree the berries and powdered sugar.

Serve the sweet yogurt in dessert bowls, decorate with fruit and drizzle with the sauce. Serve cold and enjoy.
