Big Mac Tortilla Wrap

This recipe combines the juicy delight of a burger with the convenient format of a tortilla wrap.
Ingredients
250g | ground beef |
sth. | salt, pepper |
4 | multigrain tortilla wraps |
1 pack | cream cheese |
1 pack | butter cheese slices |
4 tbsp | ketchup |
1 tbsp | mustard |
1 | fine sliced onion |
1 glas | pickled cucumbers |
1 | icebrg salad, finely chopped |
Preparation

Mix these ingredients for the sauce: cream cheese, mustard, ketchup, half a finely chopped onion, 3-5 small pickled gherkins.

Take a tortilla wrap out of the packaging and press a 50-80g ball of minced meat into the center of the wrap.

Season the meat evenly with salt and pepper and place the wrap, meat side down, in a preheated pan for approx. 1-2 minutes. Turn the wrap with the meat over and add a slice of cheese on top of the meat.

Cover the pan with a lid and set the heat to medium. As soon as the cheese has melted, remove the wrap from the pan.

Put 1-2 tablespoons of sauce on the cheese, add some finely chopped onions and pickled cucumbers and some lettuce if necessary.

Fold up the wrap and cut it in half.
