Whipped Tofu

Whipped tofu with marinated olives, pomegranate syrup, and crispy tortilla chips.
Ingredients
400g | Tofu |
2 tbsp | Plant-based milk |
2 tbsp | Yeast flakes |
sth. | Salt, pepper, garlic powder |
2 | Garlic cloves |
1 tbsp | Olive oil |
1 handful | marinated black olives |
1 handful | marinated green olives |
1 | Tortilla wrap |
Preparation

Blend the tofu, plant milk, yeast flakes, garlic cloves and spices in a blender until creamy.

Spread the cream on a plate, top with the olives and olive oil.

Cut the totillas into bite-sized pieces and bake in an airfryer or in the oven for 5 minutes until crispy.

Serve the dip with topping and the tortillas and enjoy.
